Returns Policy

1. Contact Our Customer Service Email our Customer Support team at service@hoamcgear.com. Include the following information: Order number, Proof of purchase, and the reason for return. If the product is damaged, please provide photos or videos of the issue.

2. Ship the Product Back Return the product to the address provided by our team.

3. Receive Your Refund Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on all products (excluding accessories).

Returns requested after 7 days are not eligible for a refund. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.

For defective products, refunds will cover the full amount. For non-defective items, refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees.
