How to Return & Get a Refund

1. Contact Our Customer Service

  • Email our Customer Support team at service@hoamcgear.com.
  • Include the following information: Order number, Proof of purchase, and the reason for return. If the product is damaged, please provide photos or videos of the issue.

2. Ship the Product Back

  • Return the product to the address provided by our team.

3. Receive Your Refund

  • Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty

  • We offer a one-year warranty on all products (excluding accessories).

Return Policy

  • You may return an item for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Returns requested after 7 days are not eligible for a refund.
  • All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging.
  • Returns will be refused if items are used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

Refund Processing Time

  • Allow 7-10 days for refunds to process through your original payment method.
  • For defective products, refunds will cover the full amount. For non-defective items, refunds will exclude shipping and handling fees.

Return Fees

  • If the return is due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping cost.
  • For returns due to buyer preference, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Return Exclusions

  • We do not accept returns for items not purchased directly from www.hoamcgear.com.
  • For items purchased from other authorized retailers, please follow their return policy or contact them directly for returns, exchanges, or warranty issues.
